Did you know, every year Phillips Conservation District hosts a Local Work Group meeting, where local landowners can decide what their biggest natural resource concern is and how they’d like NRCS to allocate possible funds to address those concerns, locally? This year, in hopes of getting more input from landowners, we are emailing surveys in June and hosting an in-person meeting in late July or early August.
Now is your chance to have input on how federal dollars are spent locally, and also to identify possible projects for other funding possibilities. Please, fill the surveys out and return by June 23rd to:
